Re-Roof/Extension, Sutton Coldfield Birmingham
This stunning early 1900's property underwent a full renovation which included multiple large extensions and a total overhaul of the existing roof.
Due to its location on the prestigious Four Oaks Estate/Sutton Coldfield, it was of great importance to select a tile that met the needs of our customers preference whilst complying with local conservation officials.
The decision was made to use the Dreadnought Antique Brown clay tile, with its multi-tonal appearance makes for a striking resemblance to the roofs original tile.
