New Build Project Sutton Coldfield
Situated in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, just off the prestigious Four Oaks estate, this stunning arts and crafts style new build home.
Upon receiving the working drawings and our initial meeting with the client, we carefully listened to their ideas/vision for the roofing works, we knew we were a perfect fit for this particular project.
It was of the upmost importance to display the roof in a way that complimented the style of the building and this meant the use of traditional valley/hip tiles which were particularly difficult to install due to the sprocket eave detail and discrepancy in pitches on roof slopes.
The unusual "dog-leg" style hips/valleys and attention to detail coupled with the beautiful Dreadnought Dark Heather tile makes for a roof that's truly outstanding.
